		<description>You know, this reminds me of the many times I would focus on the worst possible outcome for various situations and yet in the end, things never ended up so bad. Looking back, I could have avoided A LOT of stress by not focusing on the worst (and probably overly exaggerated) outcome and diverting my attention to the potentially better outcome.</description>
